Healthy Nails

Hey girls,

Do you want to grow out your nails faster, healthier, and stronger? Well, here is how. Everything you need to know about growing out your nails faster, stronger, and healthier is in this post. I decided to do this, because tons of people have problems with their nails growing, including me, until now.

Always keep a nail kit. This is easily transportable in a backpack, purse, car, etc.. It will help you out a lot. In your kit here are what you should keep.

  1. A cuticle pen- Your nail grows out from your cuticle, so if your cuticles are strong and healthy, it will help your nails grow faster and stronger. The two that I recommend are Sally Hansen Vitamin E 3-in-1 Cuticle Quencher Creme and Ruby Crystal Cuticle Pen.
  2. A calcium roll on/ pen- Your nails are made out of calcium. Applying calcium to your nails will help your nails absorb the calcium and become dramatically stronger/ thicker. The more calcium the better! I recommend Ruby Crystal Calcium Roll On.
  3. You always need to have a good quality nail thickener polish/ liquid- This helps you....... You guessed it...... Thicken your nails. I recommend using Sally Hansen Thicken Up Strengthening nail Thickener. You apply 1-2 coats to bare, dry nails, let fry, and apply a fresh coat every 3-4 days. After seven days you remove and repeat.
  4. Nail Clippers and a Nail File - Any pair and file will do. Helps keep your nails in shape.
  5. Hand/ nail cream- Gives your nails and hands vitamins that they need to grow happier, stronger, and healthier. I use Vaselines Hand and Nail Cream.
  6. Lastly keep a light shade of polish- This is just for keeping your nails looking pretty. I keep O.P.I's Got a date to-knight.
That is all you need. Also, make sure to drink lots of milk and exercise. Protein and blood flow is the key to growing your nails faster. Let me know what you keep in your nail kit in a blog post and leave the link to it in the comments. If you do not have a blog let me know what your favorite nail product is.

Toodles,
Emilee
