Mix your favorite color eyeshadow with some Vaseline. Make sure you shadow is is crunched up well. Put it in a jar. coastalscents.com has some for sale. You can make any color gel eyeliner with 1..2..3. Super simple and a great way to save some money. Let me know what colors you make down in the comments.
