How to: Teriyaki Sauce

Hey Beauties,

For today's post I am going to give all of you a super great recipe, which is one of my absolute favorite things to make. I know this is not a cooking blog, but you can have this while having your fashionable friends over to your house. This teriyaki sauce is really easy to make and I know all of you will love it.

What you will need:
  1. 1/4 cup of soy sauce
  2. 1 cup of water
  3. 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  4. 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  5. 5 TBSP brown sugar
  6. 1-2 TBSP honey (the more you put in, the sweeter it will be.)
  7. 2 TBSP cornstarch
  8. 1/4 cup cold water
Mix all of your ingredients, except for the cornstarch and cold water, (#'s 7 and 8) into a small pan and heat it up. (Do not forget to stir every now and then.) While your ingredients are being heated, take a cup and pour the cold water and cornstarch into it. Leave it until the cornstarch dissolves.

Once the cornstarch dissolves into your water pour it into the pot with the other ingredients.  Make sure you get every single drop into your pan. Stir until it becomes thick.

Your delicious teriyaki sauce is now ready. I like to pour mine over white rice with chicken and/or broccoli. Enjoy your fabulous meal! Comment down below if you try this out, letting me know how you liked it.

Toodles,
Emilee
